Returns and refunds policy


Return Period

  • The deadline to request a product return is 14 days after receiving the order. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Return Procedure

  • To process your return, we need the invoice that proves the purchase of the product.

Refunds

  • In case of returns, shipping costs will be charged for orders over €70 or those covered by free shipping offers.

Late or Missing Refund

  • Please check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as there may be a waiting period before the refund is officially processed.
  • Contact your bank. There is a processing time before the refund is completed.

Items on Sale

  • Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please send an email to geral.cascadenoz@gmail.com .
