Shipments:

Casca de Noz - Decoração is committed to delivering orders within an average of 3 (three) business days after payment confirmation by the administrator. For deliveries to the Azores and Madeira, the delivery time may be longer.

The order will be delivered to the address you provided in the "Shipping Address" section. Orders will never be delivered to PO boxes.

As soon as the merchandise is shipped from our facilities, you will be notified by the carrier.

In cases where the customer is unable to receive the order at their address, CTT (Portuguese postal service) will hold it at the nearest post office to their area of ​​residence for a limited number of days, which will be indicated on the delivery attempt notice. After this period, the order must be returned to our store, and the shipping costs for resending the returned order will be the customer's responsibility.

The store Walnut Shells - Decorations We only ship on weekdays until 3 PM.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm.

The estimated delivery date is merely indicative and is the responsibility of the shipping companies.

If you choose to pick up your order at the physical store, you will be notified by email or phone of the date your order will be ready. You must bring your order number and the invoice for the purchased product.

Any delays encountered in the shipment or ordering of items, given the estimated dates provided, do not entitle the customer to compensation.
